Submission Guidelines:

Entrants into the Print, Photojournalism and Radio categories need to provide an electronic version of their material in pdf, jpeg or mp3 format.

Entrants into the Television category are asked to supply their material on a separate DVD, clearly marked with their name, address telephone number, email address and entry number as indicated at the top of the entry form.

Online articles and features should be published by a third party (e.g. media organisation or independent body).
